Advise on massing, planning strategy, and daylighting for a rear extension that would double the ground-floor living space.
Our Approach
Through iterative studies we shaped a low-profile extension with a glazed clerestory, guiding the project from feasibility through planning approval and technical design.
The Result
Planning was granted first time, and the completed extension floods the plan with north light while staying deferential to the street.
